Welcome to “Heels in the Sand,” a remodeled, luxury 3-bed, 2-bath condo in The Sanctuary at False Cape, literally steps from Sandbridge Beach with no roads to cross! Sleeps 9. Features two huge private patios each overlooking Back Bay (enjoy amazing sunsets), a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, an open-concept living area with 65" Roku TV, and high-end finishes. Plus free parking, in-unit laundry, gas grills, 2 fitness centers, and 3 pools seasonally (typically late May through late September). Your beach vacation awaits!

SLEEPING FOR 9:

~Primary suite: King bed with an upgraded mattress, 65" Roku TV, his-and-hers walk-in closets, en-suite bath with huge tiled shower, and its own private patio

~Second bedroom: King bed with a memory foam mattress and a 50" Roku TV with an adjoining bathroom.

~Third bedroom: two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 32" Roku TV.

~Living room: Queen pull-out sofa

It’s a great fit for a large family, a few couples, or two or three smaller families sharing.


LIVING AND DINING:

The open-concept living area has hardwood floors, a large sectional around a 65" 4K Roku TV (log into your own Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube, and more), and Back Bay views.

A farmhouse dining table seats 8, with bar seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. Step out onto the huge private patio for morning coffee or dinner with a view.

The condo is stocked with games, books, and cards for family game night.


KITCHEN:

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a custom backsplash, upgraded stainless steel appliances, a new refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, flat-top stove, and oven. We have both Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers!


BATHROOMS:

Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with custom vanities and custom-tiled showers with glass doors, a shower seat, and both a rain-style showerhead and a shower wand. The primary bathroom vanity also has dual his-and-her sinks!

Your toes will literally be steps from the sand with no roads to cross.

This unique Oceanfront location within Virginia Beach provides the serenity of the neighboring National Wildlife Refuge with the convenience of swimming, surfing, and a fishing pier, plus tennis courts, a playground and a sheltered picnic area at Little Island Park next door.

At the same time, you're only a stone's throw from a variety of grocery, dining, and shopping options all over Virginia Beach.

The condo is stocked with games, books, cards and activities. The possibilities are endless!

Full of a variety of amenities, this luxury condominium offers breathtaking views of the Back Bay. Imagine having your morning coffee while the sun comes up over the Atlantic and relaxing on the patio in the evening while the sun sets over the Back Bay.

In between, take a casual stroll along the shore to the pier and listen to the crashing waves while a group of dolphins swim by. Spend the day basking in the sun's rays on the beautiful beachfront or take a beach break by one of the three sparkling pools available exclusively for guest use.

You can workout in one of two state-of-the-art fitness centers, or just pause and enjoy the scenery from one of the many benches located along the private oceanfront boardwalk.

For your culinary delights, the pool deck features multiple state of the art Viking gas grill stations with plenty of options for seating and dining. The complex also features a Jose Tequilas on site!
