OK in the beginning when we got there, the air conditioning condenser was leaking all over the floor and the temperature in the condo was 45. This was never resolved and they did bring two space heaters because we were freezing in the condo. The man across the hall was awesome. He let us use a down blanket from him. We plugged in the space heater and it blew out the electricity to the refrigerator and the front room. So basically our first night there we sat in the dark talking to each other My son and I decided to stay at a different place which was very difficult to get a different place because it was Shamrock marathon weekend. The owner I talked to was very apologetic and I was told I would get my money back due to all the technical issues at the condo. They told me I had to go back in and cancel my reservation and then they would get my money back. I was not able to cancel my reservation because it was already passed the start date of my stay. I did ask the owners if they could let me know how to do that and go about doing that, but because it was past the start date. After I messaged them several times on their personal phone and through the app about getting help, I never heard from them again!! Bad business
