"Hôtel haut standing, très propre, moderne et bien entretenu avec une chambre offrant une très belle vue (sea view pour ma part), une literie très confortable, superbe salle de bain avec baignoire large, équipements nécessaires… pas mal de piscines de grandes tailles…. Le seul bémol pour ma part est le petit déjeuner orienté très asiatique, on aime ou on n’aime pas mais ça reste un goût personnel, et qui n’enlève rien à l’avis très positif quant aux prestations d e et hôtel. "

Le buffet est complètement extraordinaire remplis de choix matin,.midi, soir Jai dû recevoir des soins d'urgence et une infirmière est présente. "Personnel top. Superbes piscines. L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et en particulier les chambres. On m'avait vendu du rêve pour la plage mais en fait le sable est surtout composé de débris coreaux et d'autres choses qui obligent à vêtir des chaussures de mer"

"Super hôtel, je recommande à 100%. Chambre propre. personnel souriant et accueillant. Pour se déplacer entre les différentes piscines et restaurants, il faut prendre des navettes à l'intérieur du complexe hôtel. C'est sympa. Il y a du personnel partout. Vous ne manquez de rien. Je donne une mention spéciale à la petite dame à lunette qui vous accueille pour le petit déjeuner très très gentille. Je suis désolé je n ai plus son prénom. Je reviendrai dans cette hotel. Merci pour tout."

"Overall a great say at Hue’s, 6 nights in which we were have been well taken care of. Here’s the pro’s and con’s. PRO’s - Friendly staff - Great location, 4 mins walk from the beach - Comfortable bed - Great amenities, huge pool and lots of games free of charge (ping pong, pool, etc) - Good gym with all the basic equipment you may need, plus they aren’t too strict on opening hours 👍 CON’s - Deposit upon check in seems excessive (~$150 USD) — the highest I’ve seen in SE Asia. Emphasis was put on the cost for potential damages, giving a bad first impression - After check in, we were escorted to the wrong room, then were asked to move to another once we had already settled in 👎 - Expedia confirmation states airport transfer is included (but small additional fee could be charged). We ended up booking on klook our roundtrip airport transport as it was much cheaper than what the hotel was offering (1000 pesos each way) - Hotel is way more family friendly than we thought. We found out packages are sold on klook for people to come to use the hotel’s facilities, which may explain why there were so many families at the pool - If you are a smoker, note that their designated smoking area is a sad and uncomfortable one — you are put in a corner, next to the parking (it’s literally a shame area with 3 chairs) - A/C in room keeps being turned on & off at night (to save energy i presume) resulting in an unpleasant raise of the temperature while sleeping - Pool could be cleaner"
