This was a great home for my extended family to stay in while we attend a local wedding and enjoy the beach. When we couldn’t quite figure out the code to enter the front door, the owner returned my text immediately with the detailed description. He is very helpful and the house had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend this Home.

Property was perfectly adequate for our needs. A safe clean environment to stay so that we could enjoy our visit to the San Diego area without having to worry about our accommodations. Home was well organized and managed. Beds were comfortable and living space functional. It was nice to pay a reasonable price for a safe place to stay without needing any type of additional luxuries.

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. Every ones feet were black the first night. The beds were old but ok. There was no blender and the ice machine did not work. Our time was good and it is comfortable.

This was a great place for me and my family to stay. Checking in was easy. Parking was easy. There is a parking pass for parking on the street plus there is a driveway as well. The house needed a little more work on the cleaning aspect but informed the owner of the situation. We were completely satisfied with everything else.

My family really enjoyed this place. My kids wanted to live in a 2-story house and dream came true! The only thing that was downside was that not all beds were queen size, which didn't match the description.

Vista home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable. We were the first to stay there and the owners responded promptly to questions. It is in a modest neighborhood with easy drives to beaches, parks and wineries.

The owner was very good about communicating and making special arrangements for us. We really appreciated that. The house is set up nicely for a family visiting the area.

Our recent stay had a bit of a hic-up at no fault of the host. When we arrived the refrigerator was not working. We contacted the host and he quickly got service technicians onsite. We ended up not having a functioning fridge for two of our three days. Host was nice enough to credit us one night of our stay. Home is clean but bathrooms are a bit dated. Kitchen and downstairs living space are very nice. Neighborhood is a bit on the lower scale, but downtown Vista is amazing.

It was a great place to stay. My sister fell and broke her knee on way driving to California. She could not climb the stairs, but the recliner attached to the couch worked out great for her to sleep on. I appreciated the fans that were available to use in this unit also....not all places think of them. The kitchen could use measuring spoons and cups though!

San Diego vacation

It fit my family of 6 perfectly! What I loved about it is that I have a 4 year old with severe autism. This house was perfect for him because there wasn’t much for him to be grabbing, that made our stay more enjoyable. We didn’t have to be watching every single movement. The neighborhood was super quiet, had no issues getting rest. I would definitely book this home again!

Family Stay

It was excellent with easy access to Carlsbad and San Diego. The home had many additional items and was well stocked with supplies. We only had one car but parking for 2 or more vehicles could be problematic.

On the surface it looked decent but there was mold in the bathroom and generally the bathroom wasn't very clean. Two bedrooms were fine, a third bedroom had a short bed, the fourth bedroom was very small and not enough room for two people. The bed sheets smelled "off".

Perfect

The location was great. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores. Beautiful place. The only thing I would say that was a downfall was that the rooms didn’t have TVs but I also get that some families want that time together In The family room. Other than that it was so nice and I would book again next time I go back out to Cali. Thank you!!!
