A quiet retreat in the heart of north county. Designed with a LARGE living space including a custom arcade with thousands of games and a massive family-movie-night-ready couch. This beach themed guest house sits atop a hill on a 1.4 acre estate w/2 homes - minutes from the closest beaches, Legoland, & shopping. 1 King bed, 2 full beds (bunked), roll-a-way twin, and a pack-n-play crib. Large eat-in kitchen, in-house laundry, and your own private entrance. Book early! Guests must be 25+ years old

The space
This detached guest house with private entrance shares no walls with the main home. It is a one bedroom but has a HUGE living room that easily converts to the second bedroom at night. In that room, you'll find a full over full bunk bed, a twin-sized roll-away bed, a pack n play crib, and a HUGE, comfy couch. Please note, the single bathroom is attached to the bedroom with king-sized bed.

There is a privacy wall that separates the outdoor space/entrance from the larger main home (which is a VRBO) next door.

The guest house lives like a large (nearly 900 sq ft) hotel suite with all of the added amenities of a cozy home. A great basecamp for all of your family's San Diego activities.

Age 25+ only to book please. (Will be verified)

Approved Pets (with $150 fee) are welcome in the house but should not be allowed to roam freely - leash required. Please include your fur babies in your booking or you will be subject to a $500 rush pet cleaning fee.

Guest access
Though the property is on almost 1.3 acres, it is shared with another VRBO in the main house. Guests have access to this guest house, the front patio, and 1 parking spot (2 with prior approval). Other areas of the property are not included in the booking as they are are booked by the other house on the property.

Home is accessed by an electronic coded door lock so no one in the group is without "a key"

Pets are welcome in the house but should not be allowed to roam freely.

The parking area should only be used for parking as guests and neighbors are frequently coming and going from the driveway. For the safety of children, they should not explore outside.

There is a pool on the other side of the property with a low wall surrounding it. Exercise caution with small children.
