Welcome to your private two-bedroom retreat in Vista, ideally located between North County`s coastal attractions and local neighborhood favorites. Spend your days visiting LEGOLAND® California, relaxing on Carlsbad`s beaches, strolling the Oceanside Pier, or exploring Vista`s restaurants and breweries before returning to a comfortable space designed for both relaxation and convenience.

There is 1 full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, single vanity, large mirror, and storage space for your personal items. The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms as well as the main living area for added convenience.

For guests interested in public transportation, the North County Transit District (NCTD) operates bus routes throughout Vista and surrounding cities. Nearby transit connections also provide access to the COASTER commuter rail, which travels along the coast between Oceanside and Downtown San Diego.

Many of North County`s top attractions—including LEGOLAND California, Carlsbad beaches, Oceanside Pier, golf courses, hiking trails, shopping centers, and local dining districts—are within a short drive of the property, making Vista an excellent home base for exploring Southern California`s coastline and inland destinations.

➤ Starter kitchen, laundry, and bathroom essentials are provided. Guests staying for extended periods may need to purchase additional supplies during their stay.
➤ This property is pet-friendly. We welcome friendly, house-trained pets for a $100 fee per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Guests must notify us immediately after booking if they will be bringing pets. Unapproved pets may result in additional fees.
➤ Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
➤ Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unapproved visitors are not allowed.
➤ Third-party bookings are prohibited. The person making the reservation must be part of the traveling party and stay at the property.
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames, including candles, incense, or similar items.
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening and overnight hours.
➤ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation.
