  • Beautifully renovated early 1900`s Victorian home with 4bd/4.5bath and a pool located 2 blocks from Magnolia and 3 mins to Baylor University.

    Each bedroom has a private en suite bath.

    The 4th bedroom is an isolated suite with its own private entry via the covered back porch. This suite is ideal for guests looking to hit the hay a little earlier than the rest or the couple that would enjoy sleeping in later than the rest of the group.

    The property has 4 bedrooms with en suite baths. The 4th suite is isolated at the rear of the home with a private entry off of the nice covered deck. This is perfect suite for guests who enjoy hitting the hay a little earlier or those who want to sleep in without disruption!

    You`ll enjoy the total privacy in this fully fenced property. The backyard is enclosed by a privacy fence and the front with the original wrought iron fence.

    The neighborhood is a transitional neighborhood located between Downtown Waco and Baylor University. Over the past decade, the neighborhood has seen a lot of redevelopment efforts and with new builds and home renovations. The neighborhood lies in the urban core of Waco and is within walking distance to local shops, entertainment venues, and a dozen dining options.

    We have complimentary private parking at the rear of the property off of the alley with security lighting and cameras. In addition, street parking is available in the front of the home.

    Guests can enjoy the ease of walking to local attractions like Magnolia Market, The Backyard Grill, The Padgitt (coming to Waco 2024), and the convenience of a 3 minute drive to Baylor. The brand new Foster Pavilion is a 10 minute walk from the home. Sic`em Bears!

    The pool is a 15 x 15 plunge pool which means its not deep enough for diving, flips, etc.

    Due to very high energy consumption and costs, the pool is heated upon request for a period of 12 hours for a $50 fee.

    If you would like the pool heated for the duration of your stay, please reach out prior to booking and we can discuss a price that seems fair based on your length of stay.

We truly had a blast during this stay. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the pool was definitely the highlight of the trip. We love how every room had its own bathroom and shower, overall just great!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend in Waco. It was just the right size and space for our group of 7, and we loved that so many places were within walkable distance. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for the bathrooms and pool.

Gloria Estate was perfect for our group! Home and property is beautiful and well kept. Parking inside the gate for 2 pickups and plenty of curb parking out front. The house layout is perfect for a large group: plenty of room and not too cozy. The pool was excellent. And location couldn't be better! Owners are responsive and thoughtful. Price was reasonable. Everyone in our group had a great time and we'll probably come back next year!!!

We had a wonderful stay for our college pledge class reunion. The home is in a great location and very well taken care of. Everything was clean and had very nice updated amenities. We enjoyed the pool and walking to the silos.

Perfect for our family!

We loved this darling house. The location is easily walkable to the Silos. The pool was the perfect afternoon cool-down for our elementary aged kiddos. And the house / furnishings / little touches were just what we were looking for. I’d happily book again for our family or for a group of girlfriends!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was close to everything we wanted to do and had enough rooms for everyone to stay comfortably! It was really nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. The large table allowed us all to be able to eat together as well as play games. I would highly recommend renting this property. The host was always quick to respond to any questions that I had prior to arrival and provided informative information about the property and the check-in checkout process. Great family vacation!

Great place!

We celebrated a 40th birthday party in Waco and chose this property for the space and the pool. The property was very clean, easy to access, and located near a lot of things to do. We asked if we could check in early and the host was very accommodating and checked with the cleaners. The pool was even bigger than we were expecting. The only thing to be aware of is that the area the home is located in is “in transition” and the neighborhoods were a little concerning and I wouldn’t have walked anywhere, however, we felt very safe and the property was secured. We did not have any problems despite some reservations with the location. We loved it and I would recommend it if you’re booking with a big party/family.
