Gut: Sauberkeit
This is a very nice place. The hosts have made it fun for a group. It was well appointed. The decor was nice. It is an older home. But it has been updated well. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, though a bit rundown. We slept on an upstairs king bed, which was firm. But comfortable over all. Nice bath products and good water pressure. The outdoor space is fun. We enjoyed the fire pit and chairs. The turf is great as well. A few of the outdoor items need updating, as the pictures are no longer accurate - like the outdoor table for instance. That area also was quite dirty. The rest of the place was wonderfully clean. The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful. Though it does feel like this property is managed by a company rather than home owners, which is not my preference. The check in/checkout time isn't great either (though absolutely made clear in the listing). For the house alone I would book again. But for a more intimate hosting experience and more restful morning with later checkout, I would likely look elsewhere. Overall it was a good stay.
