« Arrived after midnight, 1st room smelled like mold and mildew had to request a 2nd. That room smelled same, so requested a 3rd which brought me to the 2nd floor. Desk worker claimed he walked it, and was fine. Wrong. After 30 minutes and now requesting my 4th room after declining a refund they put me in a room that had a couch, so slept on that for 4 hours and left immediately due to the mattress springs poking through the bed.
