« The owners of this lovely condo have literary though ot EVERYTHING! We have stayed many places throughout the US, and this one has it all, which made our stay truly comfortable and easy. The decor is highend and beautiful. The kitchen supplies and organization are wow! The beds are extremely comfortable and clean, with nice linens. « Size, location and views! The 3rd bathroom was a bonus for our family of four with plenty of room to spread out, making it a economical option for 5-6. We liked the smaller condo complex as opposed to the nearby, pricey Hilton (spent a day there and would not return). Right in between a stroll to A-Bay or all the shops/restaurants, with the pool, bbqs with outdoor tv and kitchen, hot tubs and gym (more equipment than photos indicate), and sports bar steps away. « Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. « The property on which the condo is located is exceptional: the trees and the flowers are magnificent! On the balcony, I enjoyed looking at the view of the volcanoes in the distance! Communication with Bill is excellent. The condo is very large for our family of 6. Exceptional cleanliness and lots of extras! Close to everything on Big Island. Much appreciated being near Anaeomalu beach (10 minutes on foot). I highly recommend it! »

« This was a wonderful stay for our family. We have a 10 yr old and 6yr old. The loft area with the pull down bed had a TV and offered a perfect spot for them. On the main floor are the other two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area. The garage was equipped with beach cruisers, umbrellas and a few noodles. We’ve been to the island over 20 times (my step dad grew up here) and are very familiar to the area. Our kids love A bay which is very close. The day passes to the Hilton were a...
