▪️ Unit J is a second-floor studio designed for a maximum of two guests.
▪️ The studio does not have a separate bedroom or private living room.
▪️ The sleeping area includes one permanent queen bed. It is not a wall bed or sofa bed.
▪️ The bathroom includes a shower only and does not have a bathtub.
▪️ The micro-kitchenette includes a two-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, blender, and drip coffee maker.
▪️ The unit includes a TV with four complimentary premium streaming services.
▪️ The unit has window air conditioning and does not have a ceiling fan.
▪️ There is no balcony or private outdoor area connected to the studio.
▪️ Self-service laundry facilities are not available inside the unit or building.
▪️ Full cleaning, linen replacement, and personal laundry service are available for an additional $75.
▪️ Security cameras are located around the building’s exterior and in two common hallways leading toward the units. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the studio or private guest areas.
▪️ A Pack ’n Play is available upon advance request.
⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host.
▪️ Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior host approval.
▪️ Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ There may be NO loud music/sustained noises at any time throughout the day. Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
