Votre escapade en bord de mer vous attend ... Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour votre escapade romantique! Directement sur la plage, vous pourrez profiter de jours au soleil, repas romantiques à manger sur la véranda de jardin privé avec vue sur le Pacifique azur et des nuits qui tombent endormi dans le lit à baldaquin de luxe en écoutant les vagues de l'océan se brisant sur le rivage. Seulement 30 étapes de la plage de sable blanc et chaud du Pacifique à la fois du lania jardin privé et la porte avant! Ceci est vraiment un endroit magique.

Nouvellement rénové et mis à jour avec toutes les commodités (tout est neuf). Vous apprécierez l'hébergement de luxe à une fraction de ce que vous auriez à payer ailleurs.


Maalaea Bay est parfaitement situé et au centre de l'île entière de sorte qu'il est facile à sortir et à explorer ... Regarder le lever du soleil au sommet des nuages ​​à l'10.000 ft. Sommet du volcan Haleakala (environ 45 minutes au sommet). Magasinez les magasins de luxe de Wailea (environ 20 minutes). Si elle est plongée, la pêche ou l'observation des baleines qui vous intéresse, il suffit de marcher 5 minutes à Maalaea Harbor et sauter sur une des nombreuses excursions en bateau différentes laissant toute la journée. This place was great! The location was fantastic—right on a beautiful beach that was never crowded. We were even lucky enough to see whales in the nearby harbor from the shore—such an unforgettable experience!The apartment itself was clean and very well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The host truly went above and beyond—communication was quick and helpful, and he provided great local recommendations for fun things to do.We especially appreciated how accommodating he was when our flight was unexpectedly canceled. He made it easy for us to extend our stay without any stress, which we were incredibly grateful for.If we are ever in Maui again, we would absolutely rebook this place!

The host was fantastic, his communication awesome. Exactly what I expected and very comfortable. The only issue we had was a missing broom which he remedied right away. I can wholly recommend this property to stay at. It also was one of the more comfortable beds I think I've ever had in a VRBO rental.

We LOVED the area and being able to walk to the beach so easily and the owner supplied everything we could have needed. It was also so so kind to leave us a bottle of pineapple sparkling wine. We were really touched by the gesture!The apartment did admittedly need some TLC - the kitchen faucet was super leaky and the bathroom sink was clogged though my husband fixed the clog at least. Also a shower door would be helpful. It gets quite wet easily and we didn’t see any bath mats.All in all we had a very lovely stay and an amazing honeymoon! Would happily consider it again. Thank you!

Great location

We were rarely there except to sleep but the apartment has everything we needed. It’s walking distance to the harbor and ocean center. The beach is literally steps outside. The owner was very quickly responsive to our questions.

Nice Place

This was a nice place to stay. It had all of the amenities we needed. The only downside is it wasn't on the water as I was hoping or it appeared in the pictures. The condo building is next to the water but this unit did not have a view of the water. I love the location and its nearness to the marina.

Great location

It was perfect for two, close to airport, Costco and walking distance to the marina where we took our dinner cruise. Walking distance to a beautiful beach where we snorkeled and saw turtles. Nice kitchen with every thing we needed. Craig was a wonderful host. We came to stay for the Maui Marathon, the half start line was just up the road.

Great location

Having never been to Maui I had no idea where to stay on the island, so it was only luck that brought me to Craig's condo! This is the perfect spot. Central location to drive to all areas of the island. There is a great beach just steps away with beautiful sunset views. Craig is a wonderful host who gave us great recommendations. His condo is comfortable and so quiet. I didn't need to wear ear plugs that I always bring on vacation, just in case. The laundry room is located steps from the condo, so bring quarters if you need to do laundry. Overall it was a great stay!

Really nice place, good location!

We enjoyed our stay here! I would have given all 5 stars if it weren't for the loud A/C unit going all night, and a couple of insects made it in on the ground floor unit. All in all, it's a great place for the money!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit schönen, kleinen Appartements, direkt am Meer mit schönem Strand. Es gibt einen Pool mit Meerblick und Grillterrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit einer tollen KitchenAid-Küche ausgestattet, hat ein sauberes Bad mit großer Dusche und ist sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Direkt zur Anlage gehört ein Parkplatz.

Awesome Host!

Aloha, We stayed at Craigs place while visiting the Island to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Craig was in communication with us from the time we booked last year to check out to provide us with information on anything we asked, plus he provided something special for Barbs birthday! There is great food available within walking distance along with shops with local made goods. The condo itself is was very clean, stocked with every utensil one needs to cook and play on the beach. Craig is a “Super Host” and we will definitely stay at his place again, should we return to Maui! Mahalo!

Very close to a beach cute private place.

The owner was very responsive and informative to n accommodations. It’s nice a private by vegetation. Parking spot are small so if you decided to rent a full size car, it’s best to just park along the road. Felt very safe. The AC works great.

Relaxing Vacation

As we prepare to check out, I do not want to leave. This place is better than described. I always have lot's of questions about a place I rent so I will do my best to answer for you! -Craig is very responsive and a perfect host -condo is quiet, comfortable and perfect for a couple or family -bed is comfortable in bedroom, the couch is a hide a bed, plenty of pillows and blankets -kitchen fully stocked including regular coffee maker and blender -towels and beach towels are provided -spectrum cable and wifi -beach and pool right outside door -pool is not big but perfect for laying in sun -fantastic bbq by pool with utensils for all to use, dinners by the ocean were fantastic -laundry on site -closet in bedroom -parking close, be sure to get permit as soon as you arrive -Craig has beach chairs, bag, umbrella, snorkels, we left a rolling cooler and beach noodles for the next guests -AC works great and he has a nice fan if you don't want the ac Condo is about a half hour drive from Lahina where there are many activities. Walmart and Costco are near the airport. I had placed an online order to pick up once we landed. Cell service I have verizon worked fine. I highly reccommend booking here. Craig went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. We will most definitely stay here again next time in Maui. That is all for now. I have to finish packing to leave this beautiful island;( Mahalo Craig!! EJ, Michelle and Quinn

Great location

The condo is in a quiet area with direct ocean front access and a short walk to a public beach that wasn't crowed at all. The condo was perfect size for the two of us. We were in close proximity to all the island had to offer, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. There were some great restaurants close by which was nice.

Cute little place

Perfect place for my husband and I . The owner communicated often and was very hospitable. The condo is perfect for a couple on a vacation. It was nice to have an insulated bag provided so we could truck around the island without having to make a special stop for drinks or food. It's close to a little town so you don't have to drive far for groceries or whatever is needed for your trip. Did I mention it's right next to a beach? :)

Improvement required : Cleaning staff missed putting soap. Bathroom needs upgrade : shower head not adjustable, old bathtub tiles. Kitchen has all new appliances but dinner plates and bowls were not microwavable. Basic pantry like sugar was missing. Closet door broken. Bluetooth speaker's remote not working. Good part : Only few steps away from beach. Location was central. Owner responded very quickly. Overall for short stays, this is a good property. All new kitchen appliances but bathroom needs upgrade.

We spent a lovely couple of nights in this bay after 3 nights further around the coast in Napili. The apartment had everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen and appliances. Aircon was awesome. Very comfortable apartment. Recommend Tante’s Fishmarket Restaurant & Bar for dinner. Happy hour cocktails until 6pm USD$3.80 each. Great menu & prices. 15 min walk or short drive away. Thanks Craig for a wonderful stay.

This property worked out great. Super clean!

We spent two weeks at this property in November. The property was super clean (kuddos to the cleaners), and just about 20 steps to the pool/beach as per the description. Craig was in contact with us right away to let us know details about check-in and helped us with a couple questions. The location was really great! I can't emphasize this enough. Quick access to west Maui, quick access to shopping in the north (read Costco, Target, Walmart), and quick access to Kihei area. Having the beach so close was also a treat - you could put your toes in the sand within about 30 seconds of leaving the condo. Also want to say thanks to the caretaker who helped us twice - once when I jammed coins in the laundry machine and once when we were having an issue with the grill (really nice grills btw). No place is perfect, and there were just a few negatives - a leaky faucet, a broken kitchen drawer, a rather old (but functional) living room curtain. We made Craig aware of these and he plans to work on getting them repaired. Also, we tried sleeping one night with the windows open, but there was a rather strong sewage smell (only happened a couple days of the 17 days there, and they pump the system regularly), the roosters crowing at 5 am, and the noise of kids fussing at 6 am encouraged us to not try that again. We often opened the windows in early morning and evening (lovely), but closed them up during the heat of the day and at night so no noise/smell issues. We didn't try the pool, but it seemed a popular option with others. Would stay here again!
