Welcome to Andare Retreat, a peaceful getaway designed for unhurried days, quiet connection, and time together in one of the valley’s most beautiful countryside settings.

Surrounded by rolling farmland and wheat fields, Andare offers expansive views in every direction. From quiet mornings to golden-hour evenings, the changing light and landscape create a beautiful backdrop throughout the year.

During the warmer months, the private heated pool becomes the heart of the experience. Open seasonally from May through September, it’s surrounded by open skies and sweeping views, with comfortable lounge areas and outdoor dining made for long afternoons by the water and relaxed summer evenings.

Inside, contemporary design with Palm Springs-inspired touches, warm finishes, and large windows brings the surrounding landscape in. Gather over dinner, settle in after a day of wine tasting, or simply slow down and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.

And when pool season ends, Andare is every bit as inviting. Changing fields, expansive views, and a quieter pace make fall and winter especially beautiful—an ideal setting for wine weekends, leisurely dinners, and an escape from the everyday.

Best of all, this peaceful countryside setting doesn`t mean sacrificing convenience. Andare is just five minutes from Walla Walla, keeping downtown tasting rooms, restaurants, wineries, and local favorites close at hand.

The homeowners reside on-site in a separate, detached ADU. The main home and pool area are reserved exclusively for guests, allowing you to enjoy your stay in privacy.

Andare is an adults-only (18+) property and does not accommodate pets.

HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, up to the property`s maximum occupancy.

Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they follow all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage resulting from violations, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and booking platform policies.

Guests remain responsible for damage caused by animals during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Reservations may include accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for eligible accidental damage.

Guests remain responsible for damage not covered by applicable protection, subject to the terms of their reservation and booking platform.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted safety rules and operating instructions for pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, and other amenities.

Guests may be responsible for damage or additional servicing resulting from misuse, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. All cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial activities require prior approval.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

Please secure all windows and doors when leaving the property and ensure fireplaces, BBQs, and other equipment are safely turned off.
