Hôtel près de Walden Town Hall, Signal Mountain, Signal Mountain

« Parking is a bit limited but adequate during our stay. Staff were helpful and caring. One thing was the front desk took a $60 incidental charge to my credit card stating "you will get it back upon checking out". That was not the case. Said we would receive back in one to two weeks. We booked through a 3rd party, but that 3rd party did not charge. The hotel staff put the charge on my credit card upon arrival. They should be true to their word. »

« The hotel is clean and renovated. Rooms were spotless and smelled nice. The only downsides we found were having to pay for valet and our overhead lights would not turn on in the room, but not a big deal. The pool was nice and clean and offered a bathroom if needed. Breakfast was delicious, offering an omlette bar. Staff were all kind and helpful. »

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Comme à chaque fois appartement parfait, très bien équipé. Literie très bonne et mobilier de qualité. Maintenant il est possible de dîner au bar, c’est parfait ! »

« Spectacular property with beautiful views and close to great venues. The on property restaurant and bar area were just as good. Our suite was spacious and had a outdoor patio and views of the river. »

« The bedding did have a few holes. But the elevator really needed some maintenance. When it reached the top it would grind and shake. My husband actually preferred to walk up the stairs because of it. »

« The lobby was just renovated. It’s not completely finished but close. The only thing that is wrong is there are too many tables. Needs some comfortable seating. Rooms were clean and nice but could use more plugs or jacks for charging multiple devices. »

« The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also good water pressure in the shower and the beds were clean. However, the wall paint in the room was peeling, and the kitchenette was dirty. The bath towel got lint all over me as I dried off. It smelled like marijuana in the halls and one person was even smoking a cigarette as he came out of his room while the whole hotel was clearly marked “no smoking”. The elevator and one of the lobby doors didn’t work. »
