"This building is fairly new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It's a great alternative to a traditional hotel, especially when traveling with family. Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron. The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. "What a unique place to stay! We were on the way driving from Frankfurt to Luxembourg and stopped there for 1 night. The farm is located approximately 40 min from the center of Luxembourg city in a very rustic beautiful area surrounded by green fields and windmills. "This was more than we asked for: a quiet surrounding, close to the forest, nice and well equipped holidayhome. We could start our daily walks from there, only 100 m from the forest and fields. We could make short or long loops, between 5 and 16 km, spot the works of the beaver, came across some deer and come back to a warm and cosy place. The owners placed a X-mas tree and lights so that we really had the Christmas atmosphere. Comfortable beds, warm water in the shower and no disturbing noises....
