« Nice experience »

« The Inn is a lovely "home away from home" -- comfy and welcoming. Renovations were underway during our visit but we wouldn't have known if the sign on the office door hadn't said so -- no noise or inconvenience. The room was spic-and-span clean, the bed was comfortable with excellent pillows, and a full-size couch for lounging completed the suite. The refrigerator was super quiet; in fact, this was the quietest hotel room we've ever had. Parking was right outside our room -- easy in-and-out...

« I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone. »

« Blood stain on my pillow, dirty foam in the hot tub and the exercise room smelled like sweat. The breakfast attendant was great and they did apply a discount due to the stained pillow. The bed was comfortable and convient location »

« Facility was not very clean, hallways and rooms smelled of strong smoke and marijuana and was loud and disruptive at night. Would not stay again. »

« Bien que réservée depuis longtemps, la chambre n’était pas prêteà notre arrivée vers 16 hrs 15. Chambre non-fumeur avec une senteur de cigarettes. Un lit avec aucun drap. Direct sur le couvre-matelat et couvre lit. Une femme de chambre est venue nous porter un drap tout froissé et l’a jeté sur le lit. On a dû lui demander de faire le lit. On a aussi rapporté la cafetière qui était «croûtée «  pas seulement un peu sale........ dégueulasse. Beaucoup de saleté par terre dans les coins. Ala...

She proactively reached out to us regarding a situation that came up and handled it with professionalism and care. We truly appreciated how accommodating she was it made a stressful moment much easier and showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you for going above and beyond!
