„Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. As we are all keen swimmers for us more access to the pool for longer periods would have made it fantastic for us and we weren’t aware at the time of booking that it was bookable ...

„Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night ...

„We enjoyed our stay at Eco Barn. The hot tub and gas bbq were excellent. The tennis courts, swimming pool and games room were great but the booking system for the swimming pool was poor. The pool was often empty when we might have liked to use it. When you are on holiday you don’t want your time to be regimented. It would have been very helpful to have more crockery, cutlery etc in Garden house so it didn’t have to be carried through from Avocet. There was a real problem with the number ...
