„Mussten das Zimmer wechseln, weil das Bett so dreckig war, Personal war zu erst inkooperatic da man Betten nicht auf Sauberkeit kontrollieren könne und dann das Zimmer zu wechseln. Frechheit! Nach Ankündigung die Buchungsplatform zu informieren, um eine Entschädung zu erwirken, wurde dann sehr rasch ein neues Zimmer für uns gefunden, wenn auch wiederwillig. Beim Frühstück ging die Milch aus, und musste neue eingekauft werden...“

Bed was not made up on our second day. Sheets did not smell good. Bugs in bathtub. TV remote did not work and had to be replaced. A/C was off when we arrived. It took 30+ minutes to cool the room. It was off again when we returned to the room. We received multiple calls to confirm prior to our arrival. Manager very friendly ...
