« This stay was part of our experience for the Cooperstown All Star Village. We had two families staying in the Farm House, with 6 kids total (ages 4-15). The setup is perfect for 2 familes / large families as the bedrooms are split between 2 floors. We found the property to be a great relief from All Day baseball action. The trails and pond were beautiful and provided our party with a relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this property. »

The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us. « My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us! »

« Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open. »
