"bel hôtel, idéalement placé très belle chambre avec une vue incroyable sur Tower Bridge et la City personnel au top très aimable et serviable ( mention spéciale pour Arnel Edi au petit-déjeuner et Vasile à la Conciergerie qui a été d'une grande aide ) : merci ! Le spa est très appréciable, bien qu'il soit très fréquenté et parfois bruyant lorsque les enfants sont autorisés Le petit-déjeuner est super ( qualité, variété )"

"Always a pleasure to stay here! The staff could not be lovelier. The rooms are quiet, clean and very comfortable, the amenities and services, facilities are top notch and go above and beyond compared to most London hotels in this category. The location is central and convenient and yet remain really quiet and calm. I look forward to every visit here!"

"A superb location on the river with the added bonus of the free river crossing ferry to Canary Wharf. Stunning views daytime and especially night time. Great helpful staff and superb rooms. Excellent bar area and outdoor seating. All this for an incredible price waaaaaay below hotel prices in London at this time of year. That said, although knowing it is a hostel-hotel, it was a bit of a surprise to see they allowed someone to join us in our room at half past midnight when asleep, especially when in a family group. (The person was very nice however). Overall though, highly recommended in all areas! Thanks for a superb stay for a night."
