„My family spent a couple days at this charming cabin as described close to several ski resorts. Due to arctic temperatures and blasting winds we ended up spending more time inside the cabin than on the slopes. Nevertheless we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. We would love to return another winter.“

„This was so beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. We had a nice fire in the evening, grilled some burgers, and showed off our horrible boating skills (honestly it was fun to just row in circles and laugh, but the river is calm and has lovely views). It is easy to drive to the market for anything you need or other small towns for a day trip. We had minor issues with outside lights but it made it more fun to see things by firelight and fireflies. Thank you!“

„The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe.
