« This was like staying with close friends. Comfortable, clean and cozy place. Owners stayed upstairs but was never a distraction. Super friendly hosts who wanted to ensure our needs were met. They accommodated our boat parking too. Would certainly recommend this place and we plan to return. »

« Very nice lodging on the square in Osceola Mo. I grew up here and love to visit my hometown. Prior to this lodging there weren’t any real options of a nice place to rent. Chestnut now offers a great place to stay right on the square at a very reasonable rate. »

« Loved fishing from the dock, Very quiet. Glad we had a 4 wheel drive truck, treacherous roadway getting to the property and extremely steep driveway. Live and dead bugs inside the house. Musty smell when not using the portable A/C unit. Trash bin on dock completely full, plus trash in sink on the dock. I rate this property 6 out of 10. »

« Our stay was supposed to be a memorial trip for 2 nights 3 days but upon arrival we were stopped by a free roaming guard dog that wasn’t in the description. Had livestock sitting behind the home we were staying in, that also wasn’t in the description.
