„The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. „It is a beautiful space - we felt like we could nearly touch the mountains from the balcony. While cozy for 4 adults, the views and shared spaces more than make up for that. My wife and I are probably going to look into openings around our anniversary - it is an ideal space for a couple. The proximity to Port Angeles was handy in terms of food options - and it is not terribly far from activities in the Olympic National Forest. All around great spot. “

I hate to talk up this place, the lake for fear of it becoming crazy popular, but it is a perfect place to swim, relax, kayak, and hit Olympic National. “

„Cabin was spacious, for being a little cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed. The deck with the gates at both ends is very helpful with a dog and toddler. View is beautiful and location felt pretty private. River access isn’t bad, but it was steps and there’s no real river front to relax on. But that’s not the cabin itself. Just something to note. Only improvements could be some better pillows on the beds and maybe a little couch or comfy arm chair, instead of the two little chairs in ...
