Perfect apartment for trip to washington DC. Location is great. One metro stop from the main DC area. Shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Area nice and quiet and feels very safe to walk around. Apartment itself was perfect size, clean and just like listing. It has everything you need for a visit to capital. Check in and check out was very simple. Would highly recommend as the price differences around DC are very steap compared to this apartment. Would definitely use again if we returned. Couple small things which could be improved - tea towels for cleaning and drying dishes. Couple of dishwasher tablets wpuld be appreciated as well. But all in all apartment had everything you needed.

Great location and large apartment

We spent a week at the property and found it very convenient and comfortable. The layout allowed for us to each have our own space which always helps when traveling with family :)It had everything we needed to make breakfast, do some laundry and chill after a day in DC. The bus to Georgetown was on the corner and the Metro to other parts of DC was a few minute walk. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk around it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s were an easy walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Great place but needs a woman's touch

The apartment building was very nice, easy to access the garage gates and elevators thru the App. The door lock was a bit tricky but no big deal. The place looked exactly like the pictures on line which is always a plus, however there wasn't a little "Welcome Packet" with instructions on how to operate the TV, the washer & dryer, or the thermostat. Which could've included the local, walkable restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We also could've used more bath towels, so we didn't have to do laundry and the kitchen was a bit sparce, needs more wine glasses and coffee cups so we don't have to do the dishes all the time. But, overall a nice place in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend this property to others.

great 2 bedroom apartment in Arlington

The 3 of us enjoyed our stay - everything was just as described and expected and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.ENVITAE's pre-checkin process is a bit onerous but once it's done the checkin on the day was easy peasy.

Location is accurate

The host didn’t advise the property was under construction nor that it was a building that primarily students rented. It was not accessible for handicap which is what we needed. We had to get a hotel to stay in because we never were able to get ahold of the host. They refused to take a phone call. Parking garage was not good for. Larger vehicle which we had because we drove 10 hours to get there from out of state. Needless to say I am sure it would have been fine to stay based on previous reviews that I read but I can’t say anything about the stay since we didn’t but we definitely were charged.

Great location and apartment

Great and clean apartment in a wonderful location. Check in process was easy but we had to followup to get the check in information right before our trip. Apartment had minimum requirements for a stocked kitchen and linens. Teflon cookware was scratched. Would consider staying here again.

The apartment itself was amazing, very clean and updated. The building was under renovation so some of the things i would comment on I'll reserve. Was my first time using this service and was overall very satisfied and will use it again.

BAD: The building is under material reconstruction which we were not made aware of. The front entrance was locked and we had to find our way in through a side door. The lobby area had all been torn apart and was in active construction and not exactly welcoming to kids (to say the least). We were provided with incorrect access code to our apartment and when raised were told to re-enter the same code again and again. This exercise with tired children was not great. Eventually we got a new access code and got in. There's a note outside of the apartment that the fire alarm has been switched off and in the event of fire you should dial 911 - not very trustworthy. None of the above was communicated at the time of booking. GOOD: Apartment was nice, location is good and property manager was responsive.

Great location and unit

We stayed for three days. Unit is exactly as pictured. Communications via text was quick (seconds to repsond). Place was clean with lots of accoutrements for cooking. Few things to note—we stayed from Friday to Monday. On Monday there’s construction across the street that started at 7:30. Not the owners fault but fyi. Also the door lock was tough to open and close. The unit has a key but wished it was smoother. I hope the owners will have that fixed shortly. Otherwise a total 5 star stay!!

Good Stay

Management communication was great. Apartment had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed and the floor needs a good scrubbing. The building is under construction so the public areas are a little sketchy right now. Location was a perfect home-base while we visited sites all over Virginia, D.C. and Pennsylvania. Overall, a great stay!

Great Location - Not ready yet

This is a recently renovated modern unit with a good design. It was clean. It has a good location. There is online concierge to share information. The building QR code was not aligned to our stay. This was poor attention to detail. It meant the first night we had to rely on others to let us into the building - we had groceries delivered versus risking being locked out. The automated door is not working. It does not require a code and this means ANYONE can enter the unit even if you lock the door from the inside. This must be remedied. We removed the batteries from automated lock and used the key. The unit door was slightly ajar upon our arrival - not good. Building is undergoing extensive renovations. We had people working on balcony, fire alarm check in the unit, water shut-off, etc. Please note the disclaimer on noise - it is intrusive. The halls and elevators are shared with the construction team. The building entrance is covered in scaffolding and difficult to find. The key issue is something that is within control of the unit to remedy - and is imperative to fix. It creates rush to the contents of the unit and to the safety of the guests. The amount of construction should be clearly noted in the listing. I would recommend this unit but not now…

No way to lock the door

To make a very long story short, they changed our room hours before arriving, there was no security to get into the building or elevator as indicated by the description. The door was left unlocked, I spent an hour on the phone texting someone who final understood that we couldn't lock the door from the outside to leave without a key (that they had not provided). Therefore, we missed our dinner with friends for the evening - they did finally bring the parking pass and key two hours after our arrival. The place was clean but not sheets for the queen mattress or any extra pillows or blankets.

Great time as DC Tourists

We had a great time during spring break in this rental. It was large enough for our family of 5 in a clean, safe environment just over the bridge from downtown DC. Our boys loved being so close to DC landmarks and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The building is currently being renovated and looks like the updates will be amazing.

Reunion at Georgetown University

Nice apartment. Great accommodations. I could have used a standard ironing board since we had dressy events to attend. Entrance is under construction so entrance is on the side street, which was a little confusing. Other than that, it was a great place!
