Excellent property, great location and superb communication! Highly recommend. Parking is tricky so think twice about renting a car, but we managed it with SpotHero! Apartment was spacious and lots of restaurants, stores, metro, etc. near by. Would stay here again with my large family if I'm in DC.

Big apartment in Central Location

This was a beautiful and surprisingly large apartment (love the master bedroom and light during the day). The location was excellent and we enjoyed the easy check-in / check-out process. Bonus: the included teas smelled great. Thank you!

Great location for all things DC

This property is in a great location for a visit to DC. It is walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. There is a metro station within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of six (ages 11). It is an older building, but is very clean and well stocked. The owners are also very responsive to anything you need during your stay. We will be visiting DC more as our daughter starts school there next fall. This will be a frequent booking as it is within easy walking distance of GWU.

Quick trip to DC

Property was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Close walking distance to good coffee shops and a great Thai restaurant! Property managers very receptive to questions, getting back to us quickly.

Great location

Stayed for a few nights to tour the city. Close to several restaurants, shopping and metro. Clean and quite, had everything we needed for quick meals. Would stay again!!

Perfect for a girls weekend

Very clean, great location, responsive hosts. AC in one part of the unit wasn’t working but they were able to fix it and also left a fan, which we appreciated!

Great Location!

We had a great long weekend in this home! The location is amazing, we could walk everywhere and the Metro was also close by. The home is clean and comfortable. Hosts were amazing and quickly responded to messages. Would definitely stay again.

Family trip

First of all, this location is great! Close to everything walkable to coffee, shops, restaurants, and more. The management was great, too. We loved staying here, but just be aware that historic buildings may trigger some allergies. We had such a great time with our 4 adult kids- Thank you!

Great Location

The location is amazing for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk most places that we went the neighborhood had everything close by would recommend the bagel shop for breakfast. The unit was comfortable and had we needed. The management company was very communicative and cared. We would definitely recommend staying there in the future

Great home-base for DC area adventures

We had a wonderful time in DC and this VRBO provided a great home-base for our sightseeing. It was as-advertised. Located in a great part of town. A couple minutes to the Metro station and in an area with plenty of restaurants. Groceries about a block away. And a very safe, friendly neighborhood. The apartment itself was spacious and full of light due to windows on 3 sides. Two of the bedrooms were large and spacious. The third is more of a small storage room with bunk beds, but that worked perfectly for my kids. The kitchen is small but has the necessities. I would definitely use this VRBO again. A very comfortable apartment in a lovely part of the city.

Cozy unit in great location!

This was an excellent find in a great location. Many good restaurants in walking distance. It was a 5 minute walk to the subway and many bus options as well. We stayed here with our little boy, and our good friends who also had a child. The place was very comfortable for all of us, and had everything we needed there. We all actually forgot bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), but were pleasantly surprised that that was provided. The renters were very easy to get in touch with, and also helped us to get keys back that were left in the unit. I would recommend this place, and would also be happy to stay here again.

Washington DC getaway

We traveled to DC with another family. We really enjoyed the layout of the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. It was easy to get to the Metro station, and we loved the neighborhood restaurants and cafes. We had 2 12 yr old boys, and 1 13 yr old. The layout was perfect for two families. The couch was very comfortable as a bed. The apartment was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay at this property again.
