I spent half of my vacation messaging with these guys.GOOD : the hosts respond even if ineffective; the place is right next to the metro station.NOT SO GOOD: a lot of hassles and everything takes 3 messages too many to do. E.g: sending pics of your ID's but this has to be done over email and the email does not come out on the vrbo app, so you have to write to them asking for the email. The place has a pool, but you have to pay extra to get in and you can only buy 2 wristbands, so even if there are 4 guests traveling together, you can only go 2 at a time? When you pay, they bring them the following day, so you lose a day. After several messages and a phone call I am told I would get 2 more. However, in the messages, they said no. After several messages I decided to let it go. The following day, they left 2 more wristbands, but it was a bit too late.On arrival, the place is set up like a postcard, the dining room has wine glasses and plates. But that is all there is: 4 wine glasses, 1 glass, 1 coffee cup. This means 1st breakfast is coffee in our water bottles. So I have to message them AGAIN. Then, they say they will leave cups there for the next day. I think I requested 3 of each, to make 4 because we are 4 guests. And they only leave 2, so now it's 4 guests and 3 coffee cups, one guest still using their water bottle. When I say something about it AGAIN, they ask how many I want! The answer to the question is a few lines above in the messages, so another msg. Annoy
