On Watford FC home match days this extends to Mon–Fri 8am–10pm, Sat and bank holidays 8am–6.30pm, and Sunday 1pm–6.30pm.



Outside those hours you're welcome to park right outside via street parking.

➞ By car — M1 (J5) and M25 (J19/20) both a short drive, giving easy access to Heathrow, Luton, North West London and the wider Home Counties.



➞ Free parking — free, unrestricted parking on Shepherds Road, a flat 5 minute walk from the house.



➞ On foot — local shops, the park and the hospital are all walkable. Taxis and Ubers are readily available.



One check worth doing: confirm the current name of the town centre shopping mall before publishing, since it was rebranded from intu Watford a few years back and I'm not certain "atria" is still what it's called. Also worth walking the route to Cassiobury Park yourself and putting a real minute count in — "a short walk" is the kind of phrase guests quietly discount.



Other Things to Note:
