Hotels nahe Watkins Community Museum of History (Lawrence)

„We stayed at this hotel for one night on a roadtrip. It was well located, close to restaurants and attractions in Lawrence. The room and bed were very comfortable. Parking was convenient and free. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We will stay here again.“

„Beautiful third floor room with private terrace facing campus! We loved it and will be back!“

„Stanley (at the front desk) was so great! Incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcome.“

„One positive, it had the best water pressure in the shower I've had in 20 years. I guess a second one. I think there was a person next door and I could not hear them during the night or their TV or talking etc. All the negatives, a big one is the beds were very very firm. Woke up every hour to turn. „Ich war jetzt schon das zweite Mal da: die Zimmer und die Unterkunft sind sehr sauber! Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und makellos. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich war sehr zufrieden ☺️“

„Great place to stay“

„DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. When I first checked in I inquired about the workout facilities they promoted on their website only to find that not only were they located in another building, but they were not currently in working order. I absolutely was dumbfounded, though, when I checked into my room. I was first greeted by the smell, which I cannot even describe. The bathroom ceiling had been leaking, and the ceiling had disintegrated and fallen to the floor and into the tub, leaving a molding mess. ...

„The property is lovely and spacious. Six of us stayed four nights very comfortably. We had a little snag at check in bc the keypad didn’t recognize my log in number and there was a bit of a panic when I couldn’t reach the guest contact. Once we got that straightened out, everything was fine.“
