You will have full access to the entire cottage!

AMENITIES
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a
"starter kit", we HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay
such as extra towels/blankets/cooking spray, etc.

ENTRY
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be
provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING
There are 5 parking spots on the property. There is also an additional parking lot next to the home for additional parking. Cars should not be parked over night in the additional parking lot.

INTERNET
There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the cabin. All of the TVs are Smart TVs. We do not provide Netflix or Hulu, but you can certainly log in to your own account.

GRILL
We have a Weber Charcoal grill on the property, but we DO NOT have charcoal. The guest will be responsible for providing this. We do however have the utensils such as tongs, flipper, and grill scraper.

LAUNDRY
Washer and Dryer are available upon request. Please bring your own laundry detergent for your stay.

BATHROOM
There is a full bathroom with a tub shower on the main level. On the second level we have a 1/2 bath. Overall there is one shower in the cottage.

BEDROOMS
We comfortably accommodate 12 guests with individual beds. The main floor features a king bed and a pack 'n play. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a king bed, while another has two bunk beds with queen-size mattresses. All mattresses are medium firmness for a restful stay.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essentials—pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. We provide coffee grounds, creamers, and sugar packets. Kid-friendly items like a high chair and utensils are also included.

SECURITY
Blink security cameras are located at the front of the cottage facing the driveway and one facing the front door. The third camera is facing the backyard. We will not be monitoring the camera on a day-to-day basis, only when needed. NO cameras inside the property.

FIREPIT
Please clean up after yourself, and make sure the fire is non roaring when you go inside for the night.
