WiFi sucked. It kept disconnecting so couldn’t use iPad. A/C didn’t work. Wanted to put on fan for a little to cool down room but wouldn’t turn on. Good price so that’s why I stayed here. Was worth what I paid. Bed was fine other than spots on sheets and looked like a spot of makeup. I’d stay again just don’t be too picky.

Sheets were filthy, Had front desk change them and even the replacement sheets had stains. TV selection was excellent. Room was clean. Internet was awesome, No screen on 2nd story window, lol. It's a very aged hotel with dirty hallways and no elevators justy long halls and steps. Prepaid for room and they forced us to pay $50 for security deposit refundable in up to 4 weeks.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, some people that choose to stay there may be noisy, not breakfast, just coffee and some waffles, but this is a inn, we didn't expect breakfast. In short we liked the great price and the fact that was clean and no carpets in the rooms! We stayed 2 nights.

Sheets weren't clean. Shady characters all around the building. Part of the hotel was a long term apartment complex. Loud.

You are charged a $50 deposit which is not listed anywhere. The hallway smells like stinky feet. The towels were stained. The room was dirty, especially the ceiling and walls. The breakfast consisted of waffles that you had to pay for.

Sir, my staff employees are exceptional. I've never had a complaint! We've had the same employees for a very long time which tells you they know what they are doing and have great experience in the hospitality field. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. As far as the living conditions, we take pride in our hotel. It's unfortunate that some guests just are not content with anything we have to offer.

We were put off initially by the residents in and around the motel. This site houses homeless and mentally challenged people. The staff was pleasant, room was clean, however outdated.

The motel was as expected. My first rooms tv wasn’t working but they were able to switch my room which was nice. I’d stay there again.

I found a bed bug in my hotel bed after staying the night. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk. They did not apologize or offer any type of refund/credit, just said “thank you for letting us know”. Besides the bug in the bed, the floor was very unclean and greasy. The hotel room is not sound proofed at all and you can hear everything. Very noisy and difficult to get a good nights sleep. Would not recommend this location and am very disappointed by my experience.

Overall the cleanliness of the facility was lacking. I walked from the desk to the bathroom in my socks and the bottom of my socks turned black. Which is kind of sad since all of the flooring was lvt so a quick mopping would have fixed that problem.
