Do not forget anything in the room....
I have forgot my jacket in the room. I left and 3 hours after I called and they told me that no jacket was found.... Last time I will go there. Too bad because the room and the hotel itself were very good.
Jean, You forgot your jacket on the luggage cart and we did look the carts but after 3 hours. I am sorry that none of the guest returned your jacket to the lobby but if it would have lost in the guest room you can blame us but you forgot hanging on the luggage cart and many guest use our carts. The hotel is economical and conveniently located. A basic breakfast is provided. An average on the road hotel. The walls/doors are not sound proof - could hear the TV next door all night. The water to the toilet also ran consistently- finally shut it off for quiet.

Price was reasonable and clean. The staff were pleasant, especially the new guy(17 yr old) and the young lady that was helping him. Handy location, as we made several trips to the Aspirus Hospital.

Bonus: Hot tub 24/7!! Minus: BF disappointing
Check in was quick, personable staff. Room was clean and as advertised. Bed was hard, pillows comfy, bigger fridge than usual for a hotel, microwave, heater wasn’t too loud/noisy when running. Breakfast was disappointing: coffee, juice, waffles, toast, muffins, coke cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and Jimmy Dean microwaveable sandwiches (gross). Guess I got used to a hot BF with eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels and just more variety from other hotels. Biggest bonus: pool and hot tub open 24/7!! No kids after 10pm allowed. :) Places close by: mcd’s across the parking lot, Applebees, Jimmy John’s, and a couple bar/restaurants. As well as gas stations for convenient items.

My father was hospitalized in Wasau so I booked the hotel for my mother and cousin. The facility was clean and very close to the hospital which was great. At 10 pm my cousin spoke to front desk because neighboring room had kids wrestling around and yelling until after midnight. The parents dropped kids off in room and went back to pool to party because they came back loud after midnight also. My cousin asked if they could just move but were denied. I talked with my cousin and I said there were still rooms available so she should be able to get another room for the night there. My mom and cousin just decided to put pillows over their heads and make the best of it. Was just a bad experience.
