  • Discover this 3-bedroom gem on Silver Lake in Wautoma, boasting the most breathtaking views. This delightful house features 3 bedrooms with a total of 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, one is a trundle, and a bunk room with 3 queen beds and a twin. Home is perfect for a cozy getaway with friends or family. With amenities like AC, WiFi, as well as multiple living spaces to relax or play, guests can unwind in this enchanting home. The 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths offer convenience and comfort. You can enjoy your coffee on the deck while watching the eagles fish. Silver Lake is a full recreational lake you don't want to miss. The property has easy access to over 100' of frontage. There is a kayak, paddle board , lily pad as well as a few other water toys.

    *NOTE: The shoreline will be transformed during the first few months of 2026 to further enhance your experience while swimming, fishing and relaxing on and near the water. The back deck/pavers are under construction making it unaccessible at this time. But the home itself remains beautiful and is well represented by the photos.

This is the house you wish you owned! We have never stayed at such a peaceful, relaxing, comfortable vacation home. The property is so beautiful and spacious. Our guests were impressed with the location, lake view and accommodations. We could not wait to wake up and sit outside on the deck in the morning and overlook Silver Lake. The beds were dreamy and the kitchen was spacious and had everything we desired. First time renting a place that we felt like we didn’t want to leave, ever.

We had an amazing stay on this property! The home is gorgeous and very clean! The inside was perfect for a rainy day, lots of children’s toys and a spacious living room. We loved all the water toys as well!

We had an amazing stay! The house had everything we needed and was stunning! It was a perfect set up for our extended family vacation with separate bathrooms for each room. The lake was beautiful- sandy bottom and not crowded. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home right on Silver Lake. We had everything we would need inside and out other than your food and clothing. There were lots of fun water toys for all ages. Could just sit on the two decks all day with clear view of everything. It's also close to town if you would need anything with several cute stores and a walking trail through town. Joy was very helpful and responsive. A great time and good memories had by all! Thanks for all you do to allow families to enjoy their precious time together in such a beautiful home.

This was an absolutely beautiful stay. Lots of rooms, even more bathrooms. The space is comfortable and clean. We loved how stocked the kitchen was and the amenities were great. The owner is responsive and helpful to a few things that came up during our stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

Great cottage on an AMAZING lake!

Communication with the host prior to arrival was excellent! Cottage was well stocked with kitchen amenities and bathrooms were also well stocked with products!Beach towels were provided which was a nice bonus!We had a great family weekend on Silver Lake!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this stunning lake home! Our two daughters and their families, including 4 young grandchildren had plenty of space to play and sleep. Amazing bunk room in the lower level and nice toy room in the upper level along with additional space to relax.All the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open concept. There was an indoor gas fireplace and an outdoor gas fireplace table with an incredible deck, dock, and shoreline area.The host was friendly, communicative and extremely responsive to our questions. We swam around the dock with our rafts and used the lily pad provided. The kids really enjoyed catching lots of fish off the dock!We highly recommend this clean, spacious, gorgeous property if you’re looking for an exceptional place to stay right on the lake with many amenities to enjoy!

This IS A GORGEOUS 3-bedroom well stocked home on Silver Lake which is a very clean with a sandy bottom lake. So exciting for the kids to catch little fish right off the dock, rafting behind the pontoon and so relaxing for the adults enjoying the outdoor propane fireplace in the quietness of the evening, Wautoma is a cute little town with nice restaurants, ice cream drive in and good size grocery store. Thanks so much for all of our memories. Looking forward to our next vacation at this VRBO,
