« Staff was excellent; helpful with room and very knowledgeable. Parking was good and well marked. Room was clean and heater worked well for the cold evening. »

« The room was filthy! There was white spit on the faucet, which should have been cleaned! No plug for any drains. Rust marks around toilet. Toilet paper would not stay on the dispenser, since it was rusty and broken! »

« I was really disappointed! The pool and room jacuzzi was closed and there was no mention of this, on the website. It was spring time and the weather was around 80 degrees. Secondly, there were chiggers all over the nightstands AND in our bed. We counted, and killed, above 40 of them. It was so bad that we had to decide to either go buy bug spray OR go home (without a refund). The bug spray seemed to help but the peaceful sleep was destroyed. »

« The food at the Piedmont Restaurant was not good. The menu was too sophisticated for the staff to execute. The lodge rooms were updated, but not very clean. There was a bridge in the gardens with rotted wooden slats and steps, and one section of the rail was missing altogether. The staff was friendly and helpful. »

« We did indulge in the pool but we came at a time of the year were it’s probably not ideal to swim in a pool if it’s not heated but that didn’t stop my family from trying it out because it was a beautiful and perfect pool. :) »

« This property is a hidden gem. The outer appearance is appealing which leads you to the well-maintained inside. There was plenty of room for our guests and the hosts were very responsive and courteous. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. »

« The staff was all so friendly and welcoming. The facility and room was super clean. We had a studio room and there was everything we could have needed and more available. If you needed an extended stay with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be. We would definitely stay there again. »
