« We had an amazing stay at Mary’s house! It’s a cute little 1930s cottage that has been updated. Close to East beach public access or simply walk along the dune path. Definitely adding this house to our favorites for when we’re ready for another quick run to SSI! The realty group that maintains the property were easy to work with! »

« Loved it! The house and host were both fantastic! Location is very convenient. Easy walk to beach access next to King & Prince, Crabdaddys, Fiddlers, Crab Trap & more!The house was recently renovated, so everything is clean and practically new. Layout works well for a large family or multiple families combined for a vacation. 2 primary suites. 1 on main, 1 upstairs. Both overlook the pool in front of house.We would definitely stay here again! »

« Overall it was very inviting, clean and a beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation. I did find trash and clothing under two of the beds that I was not expecting and the floors could have been cleaned better but I believe the cleaning company was behind that day and trying to hurry. « First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. »
