« Overall stay was ok, but perfectible. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean. The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system. « Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »
