When we arrived to check in the staff let me know they cancelled our room due to being over booked and that they tried to call me however i didn’t receive a call at all. « Room 422 there was a rumbling sound coming through the wall. It actually vibrated the bed because the head board is directly attached to the wall. Most likely the from the giant washers and dryers that they use as the laundry room was directly below ours on the first floor. »
