We requested a stopper for the sink but never got it, (the dishwasher was broke). The kitchen is not stocked with basic essentials, (other than a drawer full of spices) When we got there the kitchen had no pots and pans, regular silverware, bowls, or dishcloths, and the can opener was broke. „The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. The leaky toilet was obvious since there was blue on the toilet and floor & there was no hot water for showers. „Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.“
