Perfect place outside of Asheville

This is a great place that is comfortable and modern without taking away the farmhouse feel. Our group loved both lounging around and going out too. The layout is great for socializing, board games and yet allows for you to sit and enoy a quiet cup of coffee on the wraparound porch. Ms Pacman is fun too. We had great meals at Stoney Knob Cafe and Salt Face Mule Brewing are right around the corner. The host were very attentive and made this a great weekend for the family. Thanks

Definitely Recommend!

The property was stunning and peacefully! Quick drive into the small town city center or 10-15min drive to downtown Asheville. Our host was super responsive and nice. While we didn't have any children on the trip, the place was well equipped if you had little ones in toe. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend.

Charming House

My sister and I rented this lovely home for a week in March. We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed how spacious and clean it was. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. The king beds were very comfortable and my daughter and niece enjoyed the bunkbeds. Our middle schooler geeked out on the pacman video game. We explored downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, NC Arboretum and drove to Brevard two days to hike several waterfalls. Kids also loved riding horses at Sandy Bottom Trail Rides. The grocery store (Ingles) right down the street had everything we needed. We would recommend this rental and would stay again!

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Birdie and would definitely return! We loved the proximity to everything in Weaverville and being just a 15 min drive to Asheville. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is both beautiful and cozy. Highly recommend!

Heaven on Earth

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Birdie! This place is beautiful
every little detail of the guest was thought through. Most memorable moment was sitting around the large kitchen table playing games with deer walking by the window! Totally recommend and absolutely would be back!

We loved our time at the Birdie house. It was impeccably clean and well decorated. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the sitting room at the front of the house and the swings on the front porch. Loved the little touches. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Family Trip

Annual Family Trip we do every year with parents, in-laws and kids. Great house with nice amenities and very clean. House has everything you need to cook and entertain. Covered front porch has a swing and several rocking chairs. Host was very responsive to all communications.

Relaxing Weekend

This totally "remodeled farmhouse" was gorgeous! It was very accommodating for our old friends' reunion. We had three couples so the bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen and dining area were very modern and functional. We had a great time in Weaverville!

Asheville Bachelorette

8 girls and myself stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette! Our stay wonderfully satisfied all that I was looking for; beautiful weather, cute updated house off the beaten path, and room for everyone. The only thing I would mention is the Lyft situation. If you are staying without a vehicle, be sure to schedule your Lyft in advance for a specific pickup time. Once we learned this trick we had no issues!

Great Fall Family Trip

We visited the Asheville area during a fall break and really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room to spread out and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We only ate breakfast at the house but had everything we needed in the kitchen. I appreciated nice touches like nightlights, plenty of towels, basic spices (salt, pepper, sugar), and a lovely welcome basket with a bottle of wine!

Great place, but not not so great ending

We loved this place, good location and close to Asheville. Nice touch that they provided coffee and a polaroid camera. Plenty of room and just a lovely home. The only problem is that we requested a late checkout and were told 1:00 would be fine. Stayed up late and woke up at 10:00 to an email that said there were last-minute renters and we needed to be out by 10:00. We agreed that we could be out by 11:00, the actual checkout time. We had also planned on making a late breakfast and had to throw away extra food. Everyone had to rush around getting all of their things together. I think if there were last-minute renters, they would understand that they couldn't get in until later than normal. Overall it was a great rental, but that made for a frustrating and hurried end to our stay.

Girls Weekend

My friends and I had a girls weekend at Birdie and could not have been more pleased! It was spotless, safe, and so beautifully designed. The decor and accommodations were everything we could have wanted. We loved how quiet the area was and how private the home felt. We loved spending time together in the living room watching movies, drinking coffee together on the porch, and making wonderful meals in the kitchen! Everything was perfect and we can’t wait for our next trip here! Thank you for such a great stay!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

We absolutely loves our girls weekend here! The house was super cute, and conveniently located to downtown Asheville. The welcome basket with the Polaroid camera and wine was so fun and thoughtful! Plenty of parking and great views of the surrounding countryside. I’d say the only issue we had was the expresso machine listed was out of commission, the ice maker did not work for us, and the shower pressures weren’t very good. Plenty of kitchen tools for cooking and serving which we loved. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
