« It is a beautiful cottage. Big enough to accommodate my mom and my sister. Everything was provided for washing clothes making breakfast and anything else that was needed. Very grateful to have this cottage so close to my home. »

« Great property for family get together and celebrations located close to University of Iowa East side. The house is very well stocked and clean with lots of thoughtful and homey extras. Plenty of area to visit with friends and family while enjoying the outside patio and fire pit. Host is amazing. »

You may need a few more kitchen things (a larger pot, a colander, more than four dinner plates) if you plan to stay for a week, like we did. « This was perfect for us--3 sisters in our 50s. The stairs are steep and would be tough for someone with mobility issues. The place was very clean and we wanted a place that was listed as pet-free. North Liberty was a nice town to walk around--ice cream, restaurants, parks, etc. We suggest having a jug of water for the coffee maker, since there is only the bathroom sink. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« This is a great home to stay in. My wife and I, teenage daughters and in-laws all stayed together. There was plenty of space to spread out. Lots of nice touches to make the house feel like a home. Location wise was fantastic! I felt like everything we needed was within 4-7 minutes away. I highly recommend this home for your next stay. »
