Cypress Loft 2 Bedroom Duplex

The Cypress Loft is a warm and spacious, pleasantly decorated, two bedroom duplex with laundry. The upper floor has a living room, bathroom, a huge bedroom and lots of windows. You can look out over the back yard and Genesee river. It is clean, bright and cheery! You will enjoy new, comfortable king beds. The second large bedroom and new washer/dryer are downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and very accommodating.

Our space is extremely suitable for doctors or nurses who need to stay in town. We are a walkable distance to UR Jones- Memorial hospital, restaurants, bars & brewery, shops and grocery store. We also welcome visitors who would love to explore the area and kayak the river and local ponds .
It is common to see eagles, deer, osprey and other wildlife when walking the yard or looking out over the Genesee river.

Wellsville is a charming destination. It is home of the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally. You will love the scenic WAG trail along the Genesee river. Take a peak at The Historic Pink house. The Wellsville Brewery is the newest attraction on Main St. There are many other wonderful places to wine and dine. Dont forget the many charming local shops to find something unique.

Our property is alongside the Genesee River, with views looking down into the river. We are just a minutes drive or an 8 minute walk to the center of Main Street (Texas Hots). We are close to many short drive day trips such as Letchworth State Park, The PA Grand Canyon, Stoney Brook Park, Tall Pines ATV Park, Star Gazing at Cherry Springs State Park, and kayaking the Genesee river.

Please remove shoes & boots in the entranceway, at the base of the stairs.
Please do not strip the beds, all bedding to be washed by the Host.
Place towels & wash clothes in the hamper, replacement linens if needed are in the bedroom closet.
No food or drinks on the beds.
No smoking in the house.
