„They had the wrong marker for where the place was located. It showed in town but it was 30 miles from the town. We were not able to go due to the extreme distance and they would not refund our money! It was months in advance we tried to work with this place even trying to change dates and they would do nothing“

„No prior communication from agent no key to property on arrival struggled to contact them as we had no WiFi code and service was limited contact number didn't exist promise of key within 45mins 11/2 hrs later no key no follow up messages we left the property still nothing from agent unprofessional“

„Well where do I start, the staff were excellent as they were so helpful, caring and very friendly. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the food was excellent as well as being very tasty. Being treated by the cat was lovely as it was so friendly and waited for us at the top of the stairs when we came to our room. So much looking at planning to go back for another visit.“
