„We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. “

„Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!“

„Our family had a lovely stay at this Harwichport beach house. The interior was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four plus our dog. We had fun using the yard for outdoor games, used the grill to make dinner, and enjoyed making s'mores over the firepit. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the downtown shops are also within walking distance. We hope to return in 2026!“

„Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!! ...
