« This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%. »

« We understand this was a lower-cost rental, and we did not expect everything to be perfect. That said, the condition of the house was more disappointing than we expected. When we arrived, the dishes and silverware were sticky and dirty, with food still on many pieces, and the fridge had half-eaten food left inside. The house was dusty, had unpleasant smells in several areas, and one bedroom had a strong cat urine smell. There were also spider webs and spiders in the kitchen.The kitchen was...
