« Booked the trip months in advance, paying almost $200 a night. Then the trip came and my step dad found rates at only $100 a night on their website. The room was clean and nice for 2 queen beds, my only complaint about the room was that there was NO microwave. We later found a community one behind the check-in desk at the lobby. It was just very inconvenient since we needed it at least twice a day. Plus, the pool and hot tub were in a completely different building, across the parking lot. ...

« I stayed at the Hampton McHenry for 10 days and had a very good time. The room was clean, large and quiet. Nice pool and small fitness center. I particularly apprieciated the breakfast buffet : good choice or meals and fresh wafers! Free Wifi with above average speed. Coffee available all day in the lobby! »

« Toilet would not flush shower and sink drain were clogged, sink faucet will not open all the way as it hits top of granite shelf and would not drain, the tv didnt work and the phone in room was not operational tried to call front desk but no dial tone. »

« Hotel was just as described. Room was spacious, and clean, Comfy beds. Lobby smelled of smoke so I was worried but our room was very nice. The girl at the desk was super friendly and did her best to be helpful at all times. Every time I left or came back, the staff asked if I needed anything. Thank you.😊 »
