« The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. Parking is off-street, but the alley back to the duplex is tight. A large SUV would be tough to maneuver and park, IMO. There are stairs only to the...

« My family (me, my wife, and my 1-year-old) made a weekend trip here. Location was very convenient, being so close to both Blowing Rock and Boone. The unit was updated and very clean. Plenty of room spread out for us three. Nice touches by the host throughout. The outside area wasn't the best for our 1-year-old due to the slope of the land, but not a big deal! Enjoyed our stay »
