Welcome to your private oasis at Barona Beach Resort! This stunning two-storey, lakefront condo is located in one of West Kelowna`s premier waterfront resorts, offering breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake and the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of wine country.

This spacious top-floor unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, bedside tables, beautiful lake views, and patio doors that open onto a private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and dresser. The third bedroom is perfect for families, with a queen-over-double bunk bed plus a futon, allowing the condo to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, includes a single bed, desk, and chair, providing a quiet space to relax or work.

The open-concept living area is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating, large windows, and spectacular lake views. The dining area includes a dining table and additional seating at the kitchen island, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee mugs, wine glasses, a drip coffee maker, and an electric kettle.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while overlooking Okanagan Lake. The balcony features outdoor seating for 6 people and a gas BBQ, perfect for dining outdoors.

Guests have access to Barona Beach Resort`s exceptional amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, fully equipped fitness centre, sandy beach, dock access, secure underground parking, and convenient keypad entry with resort fob access. An in-suite washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, your stay includes thoughtful essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Please note: The pool and hot tub are typically open from mid-May through early October. Opening and closing dates are determined by the strata and may vary.

Unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you for your understanding.
Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the private beach, gym, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot or residential parking. This is first come, first serve.

Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity center. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

The pool and hot tub are generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing.

We love dogs, but unfortunately pets are not permitted for short-term guests due to strata regulations. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.

Barona Beach is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, on balconies, and in all common areas. A $200 fine plus any applicable cleaning costs will be charged for violations.

Our properties are best suited for independent travellers who are comfortable with a self-guided stay. While we are not a 24/7 concierge service, we are committed to being responsive and resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that all guests plan to check in before 8:00 PM whenever possible. Calls and after-hours assistance after 8:00 PM are reserved for emergencies only.

Each property also includes a comprehensive welcome book with everything you need to know about the home, including Wi-Fi information, property details, helpful instructions, and our recommendations for local restaurants, activities, attractions, and services.
