« Spacious updated guesthouse, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Also has a nice private patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. It was close enough to the tennis center we decided to walk and enjoy the neighborhoods and downtown community. Would definitely stay here again.. »

« Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....

« We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future! »

« My wife and I enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for our get away. We enjoying walking to the local coffee shop and driving to the excellent food options nearby. The host were wonderful, very responsive and the property was as it seemed in the pictures. Some of the other post alluded to the bed and it was a bit soft for my preference and my wife’s but we made due, it was only for a week. Outside of that the house was perfect! I would stay her again! »
