Grand Hacienda offers something special: a private estate where large groups can stay together and celebrate together.



Our spacious 1,500+ sq ft Grand Celebration Hall, complemented by beautiful outdoor grounds and ceremony areas, provides a unique setting for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and other special occasions.



**CELEBRATION HALL & EVENT PRICING**



• House & Grounds Private Gatherings: Starting at $500

• Grand Celebration Hall Private Events: Starting at $1,200

• Tables and chairs are included with select event packages.



**IMPORTANT:** Five or more outside visitors who are not registered overnight guests require event review and advance approval. Gatherings involving reserved event facilities or professional event production also require approval, regardless of attendance.



Venue rental and event fees are separate from overnight accommodations. The Grand Celebration Hall and reserved event areas are not included with standard house reservations.



Event pricing varies depending on attendance, date, facilities, and services requested. All events require advance approval and a qualifying house reservation.

All gatherings must comply with the applicable booking platform's policies and property rules. Disruptive or open-invite parties are prohibited.

**SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | 17 BEDS**



• Bunk Room: Four full-over-full bunk beds with full bathroom

• Upstairs Primary Suite: King bed and futon in a separate sitting area outside the bedroom

• Queen sleeper sofa

• Three additional bedrooms: One with two full beds, one with a queen bed, and one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom

• Additional guest bedroom: Two full beds and bathroom



Bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home. Please review the sleeping arrangements to ensure they're comfortable for your group.



**ACCOMMODATION FEES & OPTIONAL SERVICES**



• Additional overnight guests beyond 16: $25 per guest, per night, up to the maximum occupancy of 32

• Optional pool heating: $45 per night

• Pets: $150 per pet

• Optional early check-in or late checkout: $50 per hour, subject to availability and approval

• RV parking is available by advance arrangement; utility hookup charges, if applicable, are quoted before approval



Applicable charges will be disclosed and confirmed through the booking platform's permitted payment process.



**IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION**



• Maximum overnight occupancy: 32

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• No fireworks or indoor smoking

• Outside visitors and vendors require advance approval

• Standard house parking is limited to 10 vehicles unless additional arrangements are approved

• Exterior security cameras monitor designated outdoor areas

• An onsite groundskeeper handles exterior maintenance only



Overnight guests enjoy private use of the vacation home and included recreational amenities. The Celebration Hall and reserved event areas require separate authorization.
