The only plus to this house is the location which is why we decided to stay here. The house itself is old, dated and in need of a lot of work. It was like a comedy of errors of what was going to break or not work next during our stay. One shower was unusable because it didn’t drain at all. The clogged drain let off a terrible sewage smell in that bedroom. Another shower had a leaky faucet which ran all day and night. The dishwasher had a leak at the water valve so we couldn’t use it. Management sent someone who supposedly fixed it but upon our return to the house it was still leaking. The windows don’t work at all and some of them are stuck open a crack and there’s no way to close them (luckily it didn’t rain while we were there). Management was responsive but most of these things are basic maintenance issues that should be resolved BEFORE someone arrives.
