« My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this charming seaside condo! It was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly convenient. The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our only minor issue was some noise from an energetic child in the unit above, running back and forth throughout the day. Aside from that, everything was perfect! »

« The condo is in an ideal location. Having a parking space in a gated lot was fabulous. The king bed was comfortable. The twin was not comfortable. Things it needs, in my opinion: beach towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, a shower rug, dishwasher detergent. The property manager was very nice and responded in a timely manner. The check in process could be improved with instructions to park first, get the gate opener from your condo and then park in the gated area. Check out required...

« The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. « This condo is perfectly located - a minute walk to the beach and several minutes walk to restaurants, shops, bars, a grocery store, and the Amtrak station. Santa Barbara and Ventura are a half-hour drive. The unit is ideal for a couple or solos and the owner is very responsive. Pool and hot tub access is included as well as off-street parking. »

« This is very nice condo, very clean and nicely decorated. It was actually nicer than I thought! The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is well taken care of. The condo has a lot of nice touches including beach gear, games and books. My husband and I traveled with our adult son, who slept on a fold out couch. We enjoyed the patio area outside for coffee in the morning. It’s an easy walk to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. It was very enjoyable. »
